Our Bands

Beginning Band, Intermediate Band, Advanced Band and Drumline....we've got them all.

All 6th Grade Band Members meet once a day during school. Students participate in Winter and Spring Concert. Most will attend Concert Performance Assessment. Any Beginning Band student may participate in the Carowinds Festival of Music and Solo and Ensemble.

All 7th Grade Band Members meet once a day during school. Students participate in Winter and Spring Concert. Any Intermediate Band student may participate in the Carowinds Festival of Music and Solo and Ensemble. These students are eligible to audition for Wind Ensemble and Drumline, and may choose to audition for Region and County honor bands

All 8th Grade Band Members meet once a day during school. Students participate in Winter and Spring Concert and in 8th Grade Night. Any Advanced Band student may participate in the Southern Star Music Festival and Solo and Ensemble. These students are eligible to audition for Wind Ensemble and Drumline, and may choose to audition for Region and County honor bands.
