How to Log in - student accounts

Go to the Charms login screen.  In the Parents/Students/Members tab, type mauldinmsband, and click Enter Parent Area

Enter the student's password in the Student Area Password input field, and click Enter.

If you are able to log in, you'll see a screen like this.


How to Log in - chaperone accounts

Go to the Charms login screen.  In the Parents/Students/Members tab, type mauldinmsband, and click Enter Parent Area

Enter the chaperone password in the Trip Chaperone Password input field, and click Enter.

The chaperone password is usually 5-6 numbers followed by a letter C, and is listed at the top of any chaperone statements sent from Charms via e-mail.

Paying for a "Fixed Payment"

Polos Shirts, Audition Fees, Solo/Ensemble, etc

After logging in, click on Finances:

On Finances page, scroll down to the "Student Fixed Payment Detail" section:

Toggle the PayPal switch next to each item you want to pay for, and click Pay Fixed Payments:

You'll see a summary screen, including the total amount, and information about "additional donation."  This 3% covers what PayPal charges us to use it.  Click Start Payment to continue:

Continue through the process with PayPal.  Once you've entered your payment information, you'll be sent back to Charms with purchase information.  Be sure to click Complete Payment at this point:

Check the final screen for confirmation that payment was made successfully.  Go back to Finances view to see that your payment has been recorded in your student's financial statement:

Paying for a Trip

Carowinds, Disney

After logging in, click on Finances:

On Finances page, scroll down to the "Trip Ledger Detail" section.  Select the trip you want to make a payment for and click "Make Trip Payment":

Enter the amount you want to pay. You'll see information about "additional donation."  This 3% covers what PayPal charges us to use it.  Click Start Payment to continue:

Continue through the process with PayPal.  Once you've entered your payment information, you'll be sent back to Charms with purchase information.  Be sure to click Complete Payment at this point:

Check the final screen for confirmation that payment was made successfully.  Go back to Finances view to see that your payment has been recorded in your student's financial statement:
